摘要
[目的]建立改进的Qu ECh ERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定砜嘧磺隆在马铃薯块茎、土壤及植株中残留的分析方法。[方法]基于单因素试验,采用正交设计优化Qu ECh ERS提取方法,确定砜嘧磺隆在马铃薯块茎、土壤及植株中的提取条件,对建立的方法进行验证。[结果]在优化后的Qu ECh ERS条件下,砜嘧磺隆在0.005~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9996,检出限和定量限分别为0.17、0.50μg/kg。在3个基质中均出现基质增强效应。在添加水平为0.01~1.0 mg/kg范围内,平均回收率为86.36%~101.97%,相对标准偏差小于6.44%。[结论]该方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高,能应用于实际样品的检测。
[Aims] A modified QuEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed to determine the rimsulfuron residues in potato tuber, soil and plant. [Methods] On the basis of single factor experiment,QuEChERS extraction method was optimized by orthogonal experiment to determine the extraction conditions of rimsulfuron in potato tuber, soil and plant, then the datas were verified. [Results] Under the modified extraction conditions, the linearity of rimsulfuron was good in the range of 0.005 to 2.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 〉0.9996.The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.17 and 0.50 μg/kg, respectively. Matrix enhancement effects were observed in three matrices. When the spiked levels were 0.01-1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries of rimsulfuron in all matrices were 86.36-101.97% with relative standard deviations of 〈6.44%. [Conclusions] The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, which can be applied on the residual analysis of rimsulfuron in actual samples.
