On the Management Mechanism of Higher Vocational Education under Humanistic Concept

摘要 教育是社会发展的基石。十九大以来,国家对教育事业越来越重视,高职院校介于义务教育与高等教育之间,肩负着培养专业型技术人才的重要任务。将人本化理念贯彻到高中教育中,突出人的作用,对于提高学生和老师在学校的主体地位;提高高职学校的工作效率;创新高职学校管理模式都有着积极意义。本文从人本化理念运用于高职学校的基本意义、基本途径、基本方法以及人本化理念在高职学校教学管理中的具体实现,论述人本化理念在高职教育中的管理机制。 Education is the cornerstone of social development. Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the state has paid more and more attention to education,and the higher vocational colleges are between the compulsory education and the higher education,shouldering the important task of training professional technical talents. It is of positive significance to carrying out the humanistic concept into high school education,to highlighting the role of the person,to improving the students' and teachers' main position in schools,to improving the efficiency of higher vocational schools and to innovate the management mode of higher vocational schools. In this paper,the humanistic concept is applied into the basic meaning,the basic way,the basic method in higher vocational education. And the specific achievement of humanism concept in the higher vocational school teaching management is expounded. The management mechanism of humanistic concept in higher vocational education is stated.
