摘要
目的:探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(RLU)治疗老年上尿路结石患者的疗效。方法:98例上尿路结石老年患者随机法分为两组,对照组采用经输尿管镜取石术(URL)术治疗,观察组采用RLU术治疗,比较两组术后炎症因子、疼痛介质水平、1次性结石清除率、并发症发生率。结果:观察组一次性结石清除率95.9%,高于对照79.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和PGE2水平及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用RLU术治疗老年上尿路结石患者的效果良好。
Objective： To explore the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy（ RLU） on elderly patients with upper urinary tract calculi. Methods： 98 elderly patients with upper urinary tract stones were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with ureteroscopy（ URL）,and the observation group was treated with RLU. The postoperative inflammatory factors,the level of pain media,the rate of one-time stone clearance,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The clearance rate of one time stone in the observation group was95.9%,higher than 79.6% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-alpha and P GE2 and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,the differences was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： RLU is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with upper urinary tract calculi.
