摘要
资源—经济耦合关系是经济发展与资源环境可持续能力的重要表现,关系着区域经济发展潜力和方向。文章基于熵权和耦合协调度模型,开展东南亚“一带一路”澜湄合作5个国家2006-2015年的资源和经济发展耦合状况评价。结果表明:(1)2006-2015年各国资源承载变化与经济发展变化趋势相反,两者变化不同步;(2)五国耦合协调度介于0.468~0.648,处于濒临失调型和基本协调型,缅甸协调度最好,老挝提升幅度最大但仍是最差的;(3)各国资源与经济对比关系发生了变化,其中,老挝变化最大,越南次之,泰国最小,各国均未能达到资源承载与社会经济发展良好匹配。该研究可为区域资源、经济可持续发展及区域合作提供支持。
The regional resource-economic benign coupling is the base of the sustainable development of the economy and resources. By using the coupling coordination degree model and entropy weight method, the paper evaluates the coupling level of resource bearing capacity and economic development from 2006 to 2015 under the belt and road initiative in the five countries of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation. The results show that: (1) The level of economy development of the during 2006-2015 increases steadily, and the resource bearing capacity changes in the opposite trend simultaneously except Laos. (2) The coupling coordination degrees of resource and economics in all countries ranges from 0.468 to 0.648, which state the coordination level is on the verge of imbalance or nearly basic coordination. Myanmar gets the highest score, and Laos gets the lowest score but biggest change in magnitude. (3) Comparing the coupling type of resource and economic development in all countries, Laos experiences the most various types shift in economy lag and resource lag, and Thailand has the smallest change. All countries fail to achieve a good match between resource support and socio-economic development. This research can provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of resource and economy.
