摘要
箱板式钢结构是一种新型装配式结构体系,为研究其在地震作用下的抗震性能,在中国地震局工程力学研究所对箱板式钢结构住宅进行了1/10的模型振动台试验。详细介绍了该箱板式钢结构住宅结构体系的特点、振动台试验模型材料的选取、运用一致相似率确定动力相似关系以及试验方案的设计。模型配重设计分别采用人工质量模型、忽略重力质量模型、欠人工质量模型三种计算方法。计算表明,采用欠人工质量模型是可行的。另外,针对钢板较薄、模型施工困难的特点,采用了结构胶粘结的方法。
To study the seismic behavior of box-plate steel structure, which is a new assembled structural system, a shaking table test of a 1/10 scale model was carried out for box-type steel structure housing by Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration. The paper gave a detailed introduction to the box-type steel structure housing system characteristics, the model material selection, the similitude scaling relationship determined by appling the consistent similarity rate, and the design of test program. Three kinds of methods were used in design calculation, named the model with artificial masses, the model neglecting gravity forces and the model with not enough artificial masses. The calculation results showed that the model with not enough artificial masses was reasonable. Due to the difficulties in fabrication of thin steel plate, a new method was proposed.
