摘要
为解决人工检测烟丝含签率效率低、耗时长、结果差异大等问题,采用多级流化原理研制了一种烟丝含签率在线检测设备。该设备主要由流化室、吸丝管、烟丝收集室、烟尘烟末收集室等部分组成,流化室采用截面大、小、大、小、大、小交替变化的气流通道实现梗签和烟丝的完全分离。以广州卷烟厂某牌号烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:烟丝含签率实测值与理论值绝对误差在0.007 9%~0.188 1%之间,标准偏差在0.295 0%~0.862 3%之间,在线检测设备的准确度和精密度均可满足生产要求;最佳取样量和取样次数分别为150 g和30次;烟丝含签率在3%以上时,烟丝含签率增大对检测结果的绝对误差、相对误差、标准偏差无明显影响,在线检测设备对不同烟丝含签率的检测效果良好。该系统可为制丝线快速、准确检测烟丝含签率提供技术支持。
In order to detect sliver content in cut tobacco rapidly and accurately, an online detection device was developed on the basis of multistage fluidizing principle. The device is mainly composed of a fluidizing chamber, cut tobacco suction pipes, a cut tobacco collecting box and a dust collecting box. The cross-sectional area of the fluidizing chamber varies alternately between two set values along the air passage to separate slivers from cut tobacco thoroughly. The cut tobacco of a certain cigarette brand was tested in Guangzhou Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the absolute errors between the measured value and theoretical value of sliver content in cut tobacco ranged from 0.007 9% to 0.188 1%, the standard deviations ranged from 0.295 0% to 0.862 3%; both the accuracy and precision met production requirements, the preferable sampling volume was 150 g, and the preferable number of repeated tests was 30. When the sliver content in cut tobacco is higher than 3%, the increase of sliver content does not influence the absolute error, relative error and standard deviation of test results significantly. This device provides a technical support for rapidly and accurately detecting the sliver content in cut tobacco during primary processing.
