食品专业构建集群化产业实践基地的探索与实践

摘要 为了提高专业实践基地的建设成效、强化食品科学与工程专业学生工程实践能力的培养,构建了集群化产业实践基地。分析了目前实践基地存在的问题,提出了集群化产业实践基地建立的基础和条件,并对构建和实施过程进行了探索和实践。通过这种全产业链型的实践基地建设,有利于提高学生工程能力的培养和对产业、专业的理解,也有助于企业提升技术水平加快转型升级。 The cluster industrial practice base was built in order to improve the construction of the professional practice baseand strengthen the cultivation of engineering practice ability of students majoring in food science and technology. The problemsexisting in the present practice base were analyzed. The foundation and condition of establishing the cluster industrial practicebase was put forward. The process of construction and implenmntafion was explored and practiced. The construction of this kindof whole industry chain type practice base is beneficial to improve students' engineering ability and their understanding of in-dustry and major. It will also help enterprises improve their technological level and speed up transformation and upgrading.
