摘要
针对室外远距运输与直线作业时路面不便铺设可靠导引介质、作业效率低等问题,设计了一种线束激光导引式运输车控制系统。分析了控制系统的结构,以及线束激光导引与循迹原理,设计了控制系统的软硬件。试验显示,这一控制系统可以使运输车具有良好的循迹能力和较强的抗干扰能力,满足运输车的实际作业要求。
Aiming at the problem of inconvenience for laying reliable guide medium on the road surface and inefficient operation upon outdoor teleportation and linear operation, a harness laser-guided remote control system for transport vehicle was designed. The structure of the control system were analyzed as well as the principle of harness laser guidance and tracking theory, and the hardware and software of the control system were designed. Tests show that this control system can make the transport vehicle having good tracking ability and strong anti-interference ability, and it can satisfy the actual operation requirements of the transport vehicle.
