摘要
当下农业供给侧改革迫在眉睫,"放管服"政策利国利民,这都对农业科研单位的发展提出了巨大挑战,而做好单位的财务管理信息化建设则可以为解决这些难题提供有力保障。从农业科研单位财务管理建设的重要性出发,分析了新时代农业科研单位财务管理信息化建设存在的问题和原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。
At present, the reform of agricultural supply side is imminent, and the policy of 搈anagement service？is beneficial to the country and the people. All of these pose great challenges to the development of agricultural scientific research institutes, and the construction of financial management informatization can provide a strong guarantee for solving these difficulties.Based on the importance of financial management construction of scientific research institutes, this paper analyzed the problems and causes of the financial management information construction of agricultural scientific research institutes in the new age, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
