摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定微量泵输注用于气管插管全麻手术麻醉诱导的临床价值。方法抽选2017年1—12月我院56例急需实施气管插管全麻手术患者。对照组:右美托咪定剂量为0.5μg/kg;观察组:右美托咪定剂量为1μg/kg,观察不同时间段两组动脉压和心率水平。结果麻醉诱导前与插管后4 min,两组患者的平均动脉压与心率相对比,没有较大差距,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);而在气管插管前、插管时以及插管后1 min两组患者的平均动脉压与心率指标,两组相比较,具有差距,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论右美托咪定微量泵注应用于气管插管全麻手术麻醉诱导中,剂量为1.0μg/kg输注效果更符合临床需求,在整个麻醉过程中,不会影响血流动力学,安全可行性高,值得在临床中大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of dexmedetomidinemicropump infusion in anesthesia induction during general anesthesiafor tracheal intubation. Methods From January to December 2017, 56cases who needed tracheal intubation general anesthesia were selected.Control group Dexmedetomidine dose was 0.5 μg/kg; Observation group:Dexmedetomidine dose was 1 μg/kg. The two groups of arterial pressureand heart rate at different time periods were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the average arterialpressure and the heart rate of the two groups before and after the anesthesiainduction and intubation (P 〉 0.05), but the average arterial pressure andheart rate index of the two groups in the 1 min after the intubation, beforeintubation and intubation were compared with the two groups, and thedifference was statistically significant. There were statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine micropump should be used inthe anesthesia induction of tracheal intubation general anesthesia. The doseof 1.0μg/kg infusion is more consistent with clinical requirements. During the whole process of anesthesia, it will not affect the hemodynamics, andit is safe and feasible. It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinicalpractice.
