摘要
对SPHC冷轧钢板起皮缺陷试样进行了宏观分析,金相分析与电镜能谱分析。结果表明:起皮部位皮下存在大量保护渣的成分元素,个别区域存在少量Zr元素。因此炼钢连铸过程中水口被侵蚀及结瘤物进入结晶器,引起液面波动最终形成卷渣,是造成冷轧起皮的主要原因。
The macroscopic analysis, metallographie analysis and energy spectrum analysis were carried out on cold rolled steel sheet with SPHC. The results showed that the corrosion of the nozzle and the entrainment of the nodule into the crystallizer during the process of continuous casting cause the liquid level fluctuation and finally form the slag, which is the main cause of the peeling defect in SPHC cold rolling.
