摘要 轨道交通地下停车场最大的设计难点是消防设计,之前国内类似的工程均采用消防性能化评估的方式完成,因而造成不同项目的设计原则千差万别,无法形成一套完整的设计原则指导后续的工程。以深圳地铁益田地下二层停车场项目为依托,充分借鉴国内外在建和正在运营的地下停车场设计经验,深入学习和对比停车场相关防火设计规范,不通过消防性能化评估,完全依据规范条文进行消防设计并通过消防主管部门审核同意,可为后续类似项目消防设计提供一整套完整的设计原则和理论依据,规范轨道交通地下停车场的消防设计方案。 Fire protection design is most difficult of rail transit underground parking lot. Because the fire performance evaluation is the only way in similar projects,different projects follow different design principles,which make it difficult to formulate principles to guide the follow-up projects. This paper takes Yitian two-story underground parking lot of Shenzhen subway as an example,makes full use of domestic and foreign construction and performs underground parking lot design based on in-depth study,the comparison of related codes and the explanation of wording in the codes,and the design is approved by fire department without fire protection performance evaluation. It can provide a complete set of design principles and theoretical basis for the fire protection design of similar projects,and regulate the fire protection design scheme of rail transit underground parking lot.
