摘要
作为世界第二大通用热塑性树脂,聚氯乙烯(PVC)应用十分广泛,且价格便宜,仅为聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)价格的十分之一,但是在水处理过程中,PVC亲水性较差,水的渗透通量低,且易被污染,这就限制了聚氯乙烯膜在水处理中的应用。因此,有必要对PVC膜进行改性处理,以改善PVC膜材料的亲水性,提高PVC膜的抗污染性能。本文在试验研究的基础上综述了近年来PVC超滤膜亲水改性研究进展,并展望了其发展趋势。
As the second largest general-purpose thermoplastic resin in the world, poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) iswidely used, and its price is cheap, only one-tenth of the price of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF). However, PVCmembrane is easily polluted and shows relative lower permeation flux due to its poor hydrophilicity in the wastewatertreatment process, which has limited the wide application of PVC membranes. Therefore, it is necessary to improve thehydrophilicity and antifouling properties of PVC membranes. The research progress on hydrophilic modification of PVCmembranes was reviewed.
