摘要
文章对公路互联网货运平台的价值创造机理进行分析,认为此类平台的价值创造体现在改善信息不对称、整合碎片化需求以及降低交易成本三个方面。并通过案例分析,总结了货主、车主、平台三方的价值创造影响因素和模式。最终得出结论并对后续研究进行展望。
This paper analyzes the value creation mechanism of road Internet freight platform. It is believed that the value cre-ation of such platforms is reflected in three aspects: improving trust asymmetry, integrating fragmentation demand and reducing transaction cost. Through case analysis, this paper summarizes the influencing factors and modes of value creation of shipper, owner and platform. Finally, drawing the conclusion and prospecting the future research.
