摘要
良好的社会形象、与消费者和其他组织的间的友好合作是企业公共关系工作的主要方向。本文从现代公共关系的基本内涵出发,在分析公共关系对企业的意义和价值的基础上,重点分析当前企业公关关系管理中存在的问题,具体包括对公共关系的价值认识不到位,缺乏多元的公共关系策略,新媒介使用手段落后等,并据此提出对应的解决策略。
In the process of enterprise operation and development, the good corporate social image and thefriendly cooperation with consumers and enterprises in the corresponding fields are the main directions for thedevelopment of public relations. Based on the basic connotation of modern public relations, this paper analyzedits significance and value to enterprise, and the problems arising from management of public relations. Finally, thepaper put forward solutions to problems such as insufficient understanding of the value of public relations, lack ofdiverse public relations strategies, and lack of effective measures to use new media.
