摘要
目的分析喷洒凝血酶(胃镜下)治疗上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年8月至2018年1月收治的90例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行喷洒凝血酶(胃镜下)治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P<0. 05。观察组不良反应发生率为8. 89%,明显低于对照组28. 89%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0. 05。结论在常规治疗的基础上,对上消化道出血患者进行喷洒凝血酶(胃镜下)治疗,治疗效果显著,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of spraying thrombin on upper gastrointestinal bleeding under gastroseope. Methods 90 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subject. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 patients in each group. The control group went through regular therapy, while the observation group were treated with both spraying thrombin and regular therapy, and the effectiveness was compared. Results The rate of adverse reactions in observation group and control group was 8.89% and 28.89% respectively, with statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is of great clinical value to treat patients, besides the regular therapy, with spraying thrombin, which can yield a remarkable effectiveness and is worthy of clinical application.
