摘要
文章分析了高校学生思政教育管理存在的问题,从坚定学生的理想信念,构建和谐的校园氛围,构建完善的思政教育管理体系,深入开展道德教育,创新思政教育管理方法,加强学生心理教育工作,关注每一位学生的健康成长,强化学生就业创业意识和能力的培养,打造专业化的思政教育管理队伍多方面分析了思政教育管理新模式创建策略,对于思政教育管理工作的创新发展是一种促进。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of ideological and political education of college students,from the determination of students＇ ideals and beliefs, the construction of a harmonious campus atmosphere, the construction ofasound ideological and political education management system, the in-depth development of moral education, the innovation of ideological and political education management methods, the enhancement of students＇ psychological education work to pay more attention tothe healthy growth of each student, strengthen the cultivation of students＇ awareness and ability in employment and entrepreneurship,and build a professional ideological and political education management team to analyze the new model of ideological and politicaleducation management. The innovative and explorative development of management work isa promotion.
