腹腔镜联合全结肠系膜切除术用于右半结肠癌根治术的临床评价被引量：2

Clinical Evaluation of Laparoscopy Combined with Total Mesorectal Excision for Right Colon Cancer

摘要目的:评价腹腔镜联合全结肠系膜切除术用于右半结肠癌根治术的临床效果。方法:选取本院2016年9月～2017年10月收治的右半结肠癌患者50例作为观察对象,均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予开腹全结肠系膜切除术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术治疗,观察患者手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及平均淋巴清扫数目。结果:观察组患者手术时间、失血量、引流时间、住院时间比对照组少,并发症发生率比对照组低,P<0.05,平均淋巴清扫数目与对照组相比差异较小,P>0.05。结论:腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术治疗右半结肠癌患者,对患者创伤较小,并发症少,加快了患者术后恢复速度。
