摘要
目的探讨中药组方联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1—12月的96例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组各32例患者,治疗结束后随访3个月,对比分析3组患者治疗效果、复发率、阴痒消失时间与白带正常时间。结果 C组复发率低于A组与B组(P<0.05);阴痒消失时间与白带正常时间均短于A组与B组(P<0.05);治疗效果优于A组与B组(P<0.05)。A组治疗效果、复发率、阴痒消失时间与白带正常时间与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药组方联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese herbal formula combined with miconazole nitrate suppository in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected as group A, group B and group C. Each group had 32 patients. The follow-up period was 3 months after treatment. The effect of treatment, recurrence rate, disappearance time of vagina itch and normal time of leucorrhea were analyzed in the 3 groups. Results The recurrence rate in group C was lower than that in group A and B（P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of vagina itch and the normal time of leucorrhea were shorter than those in group A and B（P〈0.05）. The treatment effect was significantly better than that of group A and group B（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the treatment effect, recurrence rate, disappearance time of pruritus and leucorrhea between group A and group B（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Chinese herbal formula combined with miconazole nitrate suppository on recurrent fungal vaginitis is significant.
