摘要
目的分析心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床护理效果。方法随机从本院2015年2月—2017年8月收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者中抽取110例,回顾分析其病历资料,依据其护理方式分组,对照组55例接受常规护理,研究组55例接受心理护理,观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者心理状态评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入院时,两组患者眼压指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3 d、出院时,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性闭角型青光眼患者接受心理护理干预,可缓解其负性情绪,降低眼压,有利于疾病康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of psychological nursing for patients with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods 110 cases of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were randomly selected for discussion, and their medical records were retrospective analyzed and grouped according to their nursing methods. The control group of 55 cases were given routine nursing, while 55 cases in the study group were given psychological nursing. Then, the nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The mental state scores of two groups were compared, and before the nursing, there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the scores in the study group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The intraocular pressure index was compared between the two groups, and at admission, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After the operation for 3 d and after discharge, the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma can significantly relieve their negative emotions, reduce intraocular pressure, and it is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease.
