摘要
【目的/意义】随着IT设备数量和种类的不断增多,用户常常跨越智能手机、平板、电脑、电子阅读器、PC、电视、可穿戴设备等多种屏幕进行信息的搜索与利用,用户跨屏在线信息搜索意愿的研究成为新的研究问题。【方法/过程】本文以期望确认模型为基础,基于信息生态视角建立用户跨屏在线信息搜索意愿影响因素模型;以青年群体跨屏健康信息搜索为研究样本,通过探索性因子和结构方程方法进行实证研究以验证模型的有效性。【结果/结论】数据结果表明,外部变量对用户跨屏在线信息搜索意愿影响因素的大小依次为搜索满意度、搜索服务质量、搜索系统质量。其中,搜索满意度、搜索系统质量对搜索意愿产生正向影响,搜索服务质量对搜索意愿产生负向影响;在期望确认分析中,信息感知有用性、搜索环境安全性对搜索满意度产生正向影响。
【Purpose/significance】With the increasing of quantity and type of IT equipment, users often do across-screen research through smartphone, tablet, computer, electronic reader, PC, TV, wearable devices, users across-screen online information search intention has become a new research field.【Method/process】Based on the expected confirmation model, this paper establishes the influence factor model of cross-screen online information search intention based on information ecology. View on the study of the cross-screen health information of the youth group, an empirical study is conducted to verify the validity of the model through exploratory factor and structural equation method.【Result/conclusion】Data shows that the external variables will influence cross-screen online information search intention by degree of satisfaction, search service quality and system quality. Among them, the search satisfaction and the quality of the search system have a positive influence on the search intention, and the quality of search service has the negative impact. In the expectation confirmation analysis, information perceived usefulness and search environment security have a positive impact on search satisfaction.
