基于FCM聚类算法的电动车城市循环工况构建 被引量:13

Construction of Electric Vehicle Urban Driving Cycle Based on FCM Clustering Algorithm

摘要 针对传统循环工况难以表征电动汽车特性的问题,以典型大中型城市西安为研究对象,对电动汽车城市循环工况构建方法进行了研究。研究工作主要体现在试验路线构建、试验数据处理和循环工况合成。在试验路线构建过程中,首先以2016年西安市城市道路交通地图为参考,应用ArcGIS软件计算了西安市城市道路总长度及各种类型道路长度,然后采集了西安市各种类型道路进行交通流量,采用重复抽样假设检验法确定了试验路线长度,采用层次分析法获得了试验路线中各种类型道路的长度和比例,并且基于西安市城市道路整体综合特征构建了试验路线。在试验数据处理过程中,首先采用小波分解和重构法对原始数据进行去噪,然后基于主成分分析法确定了运动学片段特征参数,基于模糊C均值(FCM)聚类分析法将试验数据划分成稳定流动工况、拥堵工况、畅通工况3种运动学片段。在循环工况合成过程中,根据3种运动学片段类的比例,选取离聚类中心最近的运动学片段合成一个完整的行驶工况。最后将西安市城市循环工况与中国典型工况,NEDC,UDDS,ECE15,EUDC,FTP-15等行驶工况的特征参数进行了对比,并且进行了试验对比研究。试验结果表明:西安城市工况下的续驶里程与实际续驶里程相差11. 72 km,相对误差为3. 91%,说明所建立的电动汽车城市循环工况能够真实反映西安市交通总体特征,所构建的行驶工况具有较高的真实性。 In view of the problem that the traditional cycle conditions are difficult to characterize the characteristics of electric vehicle,a typical large and medium-sized city,Xi 'an,is taken as the research object to study the construction method of urban cycle condition of electric vehicle. The research work is mainly embodied in test route construction,test data processing and cycle condition synthesis. During the construction of the test route,taking the 2016 urban road traffic map of Xi'an as the reference,the total urban road length and the lengths of various roads of Xi 'an are calculated by applying ArcGIS software at first.Then,the traffic flow data of various types of roads in Xi'an are collected. The length of the test route is determined by the repeated sampling hypothesis test method,the lengths and proportions of various road types in the test route are obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,and the test route is constructed based on the overall comprehensive characteristics of urban roads in Xi'an. In the test data processing process,the originaldata are denoised by using wavelet decomposition and reconstruction. Then,the characteristic parameters of kinematics fragments are determined based on principal component analysis. Based on fuzzy C means( FCM)clustering analysis,the test data are divided into 3 kinematic segments: steady flow condition,congestion condition and smooth condition. In the driving cycles synthesis process,a complete driving condition is synthesized by selecting the nearest kinematic fragment from the cluster center according to the proportion of the 3 kinds of kinematic segment. Finally,the characteristic parameters of the cycling condition of Xi'an is compared with the typical working conditions of China,NEDC,UDDS,ECE15,EUDC,FTP-15 and so on,and a comparative study is carried out. The test result shows that the driving range under Xi'an urban working conditions is 11. 72 km away from the actual driving range,and the relative error is 3. 91%.Therefore, the established urban cycle conditions of electric vehicles can truly reflect the overall characteristics of Xi'an traffic,and the constructed driving conditions have higher authenticity.
