摘要
强化通识教育是新时代全面实现高职教育可持续发展的需要,是新时代全面促进高职学生个性发展的需要,是新时代全面贯彻党的教育方针的需要。强化高职院校通识教育策略研究,坚持人本思想,转变高职教育理念;科学搭建组织平台,建立通识教育工作机制;基于职业核心能力培养,优化通识教育课程体系;内培外请,建设一支高水平通识教育师资队伍;借助新媒体技术,创新通识教育方式和教学手段。
Strengthening general education is a need for the realization of sustainable development of higher vocational education,for improving over-all development of students,as well as the need for implementing the Party＇s education principle.The strategies of strengthening the general education include：insisting on people-oriented idea to change educational idea;building organization platform to construct working mechanism;basing on the cultivation of professional core ability to optimize curriculum system;training and hiring teachers to build qualified teachers team;with the help of new media technology to innovate educational means and teaching method.
