摘要
目的探讨早期听知觉训练对发育迟滞婴幼儿语言功能及气质的影响。方法选取2015年4月-2016年4月河南省某医院收治的104例发育迟滞患儿为研究对象,采用密封信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组患儿行常规康复训练治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上行早期听知觉训练治疗,比较2组患儿的疗效及治疗前后的语言发育商(DQ)评分、气质评分。结果治疗前,2组患儿的语言DQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患儿的语言DQ评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患儿气质维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患儿节律性、适应性、反应强度、坚持性、注意分散度及反应阈6个气质维度评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗前后活动水平、趋避性、情绪反应3个气质维度评分比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期听知觉训练可明显改善发育迟滞婴幼儿的语言功能,增强患儿语言表达能力,调适患儿气质,使其更适应社会发展,临床疗效确切。
Objective To assess the effect of early auditory perception training on the linguistic function and tern perament of infants with developmental delays. Methods A total of 104 infants or toddlers with developmental delays treated at a Henan hospital between April 2015 and April 2016 were included in this study. Using sealed envelopes, these infants were randomized to receive routine rehabilitation plus early auditory perception training (trial group, n 52) or routine rehabilitation alone (control group, n 52). The response rate, linguistic developmental quotient (DQ) score, and temperament score were compared between the two groups. Results The pretreatment linguistic DQ score was similar between the two groups (P〉0.05) ; after treatment, the linguistic DQ score was improved in both groups, with greater improvement in the trial group (P〈0.05). The overall re sponse rate was significantly higher in the trial group than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The pretreat ment scores of all temperament domains were similar between the two groups (P〉0.05) ; after treatment, six domains (rhythmicity, adaptability, reaction intensity, persistency, distractibility, and reaction threshold) were reduced in both groups, with greater reductions in the trial group (P〈0.05); the other three domains (activity level, approach withdrawal, and mood) remained unchanged in both groups, which were also comparable be tween the two groups after treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion For infants and toddlers with developmental de Jays, early auditoryperception training is effective in improving their linguistic function, enhancing their language abilities, modulating their temperament, and making them more adaptable to social development.
