摘要
习近平基于多年扶贫工作实践和对我国扶贫工作的反思,围绕精准扶贫,提出了一系列新观点、新论断,是中国扶贫理论的最新成果。习近平精准扶贫观,是习近平对精准扶贫问题的基本看法和基本观点,是由习近平对精准扶贫的目标、方法、环境、主体的认识所构成的有机整体,即精准扶贫以促进人的全面发展为最终目的,以严格明确的分类治理为主要方法;以国际国内的反贫困合作为外部环境;以增强基层党组织和贫困者素质为主体条件。深刻理解习近平精准扶贫观,对当前我国打赢脱贫攻坚战具有重要意义。
Based on years of poverty alleviation practice and reflection on China＇s poverty alleviation work, Xi Jinping proposed a series of new views and new judgments around targeted poverty alleviation, which is the latest achievement of China＇s poverty alleviation theory. Xi Jinping＇s concept of targeted poverty alleviation is the basic view and viewpoint of Xi Jinping on the issue of targeted poverty alleviation, and an organic whole which composed of Xi Jinping＇s understanding of the goals, methods, environment and subjects of targeted poverty alleviation. That is to say, targeted poverty alleviation aims to promote the allround development of human beings and takes strict and clear classified governance as the main method, with taking international and domestic anti-poverty cooperation as the environment and taking improvement the quality of grassroots Party organizations and the poor as main station. A profound understanding of Xi jinping＇s concept of targeted poverty alleviation is of great significance to win the battle against poverty.
