6061/7075异种铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊接头的组织与性能研究 被引量:8

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Of Refill Friction Stir Spot Welding Joint of 6061/7075 Dissimilar Aluminum Alloys

摘要 以6061/7075异种铝合金为研究对象进行回填式搅拌摩擦点焊试验,研究了板材相对位置对接头成形和性能的影响。试验结果表明,当7075铝合金作为上板时,套筒最大下扎深度处和焊点中心处均会产生孔洞缺陷;当6061铝合金作上板时,可获得无缺陷的接头且上下板的冶金结合效果明显较好,其接头的最大拉断载荷为11502 N。 Using 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloys as the research objects, the refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW) was performed. The effect of relative position of sheet on the formation and performance of the joint was discussed. The test results show that when 7075 aluminum is used alloy as the upper sheet, void defects can be observed at the maximum plunge depth region of the sleeve and the joint center. The defect-free joint can be obtained when 6061 Al is used as the upper sheet and it has better metallurgical bonding of the lower and upper sheets, and the maximum lap shear failure load of the joint is 11502 N.
