X65管线钢管闪光对焊温度场数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field of Flash Butt Welding of X65 Pipeline Steel Pipe

摘要 为研究X65管线钢管闪光对焊闪光阶段的温度场分布,建立了管道闪光对焊的三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件考虑了闪光对焊过程中接触电阻、材料的热物性参数等,运用“生死”单元技术,对X65管道闪光对焊激发、稳定、加速三个闪光阶段的温度分布进行了模拟分析。通过红外测温成像仪记录了闪光端口的温度变化。对比发现:有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了所建立的有限元模型的正确性,为X65管道闪光对焊带电顶锻热力耦合模拟做好了准备。 In order to study the temperature field distribution of X65 pipeline steel pipe during flash butt welding, a three-dimensional finite element model of steel pipe was established. Temperature distribution during excitation flash stage,stable flash stage and accelerated flash stage of X65 pipeline flash butt welding was simulated by using ANSYS software with considering the contact resistance and thermal physical property parameters of the material and the birth and death element technology. The temperature change of the flash port was recorded by an infrared thermometer. It is found that the finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the test results, and the correctness of the finite element model is verified, which can be used for thermomechanical coupling simulation of electrified upsetting of X65 pipe flash butt welding.
