摘要
为研究抗病毒颗粒的抑菌、抗病毒、解热及抗炎作用,采用平皿法考察抗病毒颗粒的体外抑菌作用;以流感病毒株接种小鼠,研究抗病毒颗粒体内抗病毒作用;用大鼠干酵母致热模型、小鼠二甲苯致炎模型研究抗病毒颗粒的解热、抗炎作用。结果显示,抗病毒颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌和溶血性链球菌具有较好的体外抑菌作用;对甲型流感病毒FM1引起的小鼠死亡有较好的保护作用;能明显降低发热模型动物体温;能明显抑制小鼠的耳肿胀度。提示,抗病毒颗粒具有体外抑菌、体内抗病毒、解热、抗炎作用,可为其临床应用及其作用机制研究提供理论依据。
The aim was to study the effects of Antiviral Granule on antibiosis, antivirus, antipyretic and anti - inflammatory ac- tivities. The antibacterial effect in vitro wasdetermined by plating method. The antiviral effect in vivo was assessed by themice inocu- lated by influenza virus. The antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects were respectively measured by the thermal rats induced by dry yeast and the inflamed mice induced by xylene. The results showed that Antiviral Granule had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and hemolytic Streptococcus in vitro. It reduced the death ratio of mice infected by influenza A virus FM1. It significantly decreased the temperature of the thermal rats and inhibited the ear swelling of mice inducedby xylene. It was proved that Antiviral Granule had antibacterial effect in vitroand antiviral, antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects in vivo. These re- suits provide theoretical basis for clinical application and mechanisms research of Antiviral Granule in the future.
