摘要
以对称2倍升压型开关电容变换器电路分析了变换器电压变换的实现原理,并给出了该变换电路进行多种波形变换的实验结果.理论分析和仿真指出了在高频输入时变换电路输出波形会产生一定程度失真的局限,还综合分析了降低输出波形失真度与保证电路稳态变比及效率间的矛盾.根据信号完整性理论,该开关电容变换电路运用于多种波形变换时输入电源频率不能超过一定上限值.
It was found that the switched capacitor conversion circuit constructed by bidirectional power switches could be applied to many kinds of pulse waveform transformation. The realization principle of converter voltage conversion was analyzed by using a symmetrical 2x step-up switching capacitor converter circuit, and the experimental results of a variety of waveform transforms were given.Theoretical analysis and simulation indicated that the limitation of the output waveform of the converter circuit produced some degree of distortion when the high frequency input was used. The contradiction between reducing the distortion of the output waveform and ensuring the steady-state ratio and efficiency of the circuit was analyzed. Finally, based on the theory of signal integrity, it was found that the input power frequency could not exceed a certain upper limit when the switched capacitor converter circuit was applied to many kinds of waveform conversion.
