摘要
新一轮医改中,儿童青少年的健康问题被提到新的高度,但校医数量不足、素质不高、职责不明以及卫生室硬件环境较差等问题,制约了儿童青少年的健康管理和校园卫生工作水平的提高。罗湖区打破行政壁垒,以儿童青少年健康为核心,整合校园和基层医疗机构的卫生资源,建立集预防保健、健康教育和疾病治疗为一体的教卫融合工作机制,有效提升了辖区儿童青少年的健康素养水平,为破解校园卫生管理工作难题提供了有效途径。
The health problems of children and teenagers have been raised to new heights in the new round of medical reform.However,problems such as insufficient number of school doctors,poor quality,unclear responsibilities,and poor hardware environment of health room restrict not only the health management of children and adolescents,but the improvement of school health.Luohu District breaks the administrative barriers.With the health of children and adolescents as the core,the health resources of campus and primary medical institutions are integrated,and the health integration mechanism integrating preventive health care,healthy education and disease treatment is established,which effectively improves the health literacy level of children and adolescents under the jurisdiction,and provides an effective way to solve the problems of school health management.
