摘要
[目的/意义]旨在建立科学合理的评估指标体系对网络舆情进行监测。[方法/过程]分析网络舆情自身特点、作用机理以及演化规律,运用层次分析方法构建网络舆情评估指标体系,并选取2013—2016年中国蓝皮书中《中国互联网舆情分析报告》所列的80个热门事件进行实证研究。[结果/结论]实证研究验证了本文网络舆情评估指标体系的有效性,可以为相关部门实时监测和评估网络舆情事件提供依据。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for monitoring network public opinion. [Method/process] The paper analyzes the characteristics, mechanism and evolution law of network public opinion, uses AHP method to construct the evaluation index system of network public opinion, collects 80 hot events listed in the China Internet Public Opinion Analysis Report in the Chinese Blue Book from 2013 to 2016 to do empirical study. [Result/conclusion] Theempirical study demonstrates the effectiveness of the evaluation index system of network public opinion in this paper, and it can provide the basis for the related departments to monitor and evaluate the network public opinion in real time.
