AgBr/BiVO_4催化剂的制备及可见光下降解酸性橙7的研究

摘要 BiVO_4作为一种重要的半导体材料,因其具有无毒、价廉和稳定性好等优点,得到广泛的应用,但存在着光电子和空穴容易复合,吸附性能不强、光催化率不高以及回收处理比较难等问题。本文通过水热法-化学沉积方法制备AgBr/BiVO4复合光催化剂,通过XRD、PL、UV-DRS等方法分析表征物理化学性质,研究在可见光下对染料酸性橙7的降解,结果表明AgBr/BiVO4可见光照射90min后可以降解97.86%的酸性橙7。 BiVO4 is an important semiconductor, which has been widely used because of its advantages of non-toxic, low price and good stability. However, there are many disadvantages such as the combination of photoelectrons and holes, low adsorption performance, low photocatalytic rate, and hard to recovery. AgBr/BiVO4 composite photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal-chemical deposition method. The physicochemical properties were characterized by XRD, PL and UV-DRS. The degradation of dye Acid Orange 7 under visible light was studied. The results showed that AgBr/BiVO4 could degrade 97.86% acid orange 7 after 90 min irradiation.
