摘要
探讨裙带菜多糖对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞内[Ca^(2+)]的影响,实验共设5组,即裙带菜多糖高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组(黄芪多糖组),阴性对照组(生理盐水组).分别测定裙带菜多糖对荷瘤小鼠红细胞内[Ca^(2+)]、红细胞膜唾液酸含量,红细胞膜电位,红细胞膜Na^+,K^+-ATPase及Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性的影响.结果表明:裙带菜多糖能够降低荷瘤小鼠红细胞内[Ca^(2+)],提高含唾液酸量,升高膜电位及膜表面Na^+,K^+-ATPase和Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)-ATPase的活性.从而提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜功能,增强红细胞免疫功能.
This paper studied on the effects of UPPS on Ca 2+ content in RBC of S 180 tumor-bearing mice. S 180 tumor-bearing micewere divided into five groups: negative control (normal saline),positive control (Astragalus polysaccharide),UPPS high, medium and low dose groups. The effect of Ca 2+ and sialic acid content, membrane potential, Na +, K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ -ATPase activityin RBC of S 180 tumor-bearing mice were studied.The results showed that UPPS could reduce the Ca 2+ content; enhancesialic acid content. The membrane potential advanced and the Na +, K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ -ATPase activity enhanced. Therefore,the RBC immunity of S 180 tumor-bearing mice was enhanced.
