摘要 针对物流系统中的人力损耗和效率低下等问题,本文设计一款全方位的磁导航AGV。小车路径采用磁条铺设,利用检测到的磁感应信号和可变增益的PID位置调节算法实现稳定准确地循迹导航;通过RFID标签标记站点解决定位问题,让AGV小车能准确到达指定位置实施搬运;WIFI模块使上位机实现远程操作和监控管理。经测试,该AGV小车能够实现预期功能。 Aiming at the problems of manpower loss and inefficiency in logistics system, an omnidirectional magnetic navi gation AGV was designed. The path of AGV was paved with magnetic strip. The detected magnetic induction signal and the variable gain PID position adjustment algorithm was used to achieve stable and accurate tracking navigation. The loca tion problem was solved by the RFID label marking site, so that the AGV car could reach the specified position accurately and carry the handling. The WlFI module enabled the host computer to realize remote operation and monitoring manage ment. After testing, the AGV car could achieve the expected function.
