Hippo信号通路与肝癌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Hippo信号通路是在对果蝇的研究中被发现,由4个核心组件MStl/2、WW45、Mobla/lb和LatSl/2组成,通过系列酶联反应阻碍转录辅激活因子YAP进入细胞核,维持了细胞增殖与凋亡平衡、组织器官的体积及内环境的稳定。Hippo信号通路组件的基因突变或表观遗传学特征改变等导致失活,YAP会在细胞核内过度表达及活化,引起细胞过度增殖同时抑制细胞凋亡,这一过程与肝癌的形成密切相关。文章对Hippo信号通路与肝癌的形成、发展的作用作一综述,为探索肝癌的发病机制及寻找有效的治疗方法提供新靶点。
