摘要
本文利用某台校内实验用设备对河沙的导热系数进行了测定,对照理论数据,其实验误差高达71.45%。在分析误差原因的基础上,对设备进行了检修和改进,主要对其球体部分、热电偶测点位置及可调电阻进行了调整与更换,并重新进行了导热系数的测定。改进前后,该设备测定的30℃时黄沙的导热系数由λ=0.088 2 w/m·℃提高为λ=0.372 1 w/m·℃。改进前后相比,该设备的实验数据更加稳定可靠,为今后传热学实验的顺利进行提供了参考数据。
The thermal conductivity of sand was measured using a laboratory laboratory equipment,and the experimental error was as high as 71. 45%. Based on the analysis of the causes,the equipment was improved. The position of the sphere part,the thermocouple measuring point and the adjustable resistance were mainly adjusted and replaced,and the thermal conductivity coefficient was determined again. Compared with before and after the improvement,the experimental data of the device is more stable and reliable,providing reference data for the smooth conduct of the heat transfer experiments in the future.
