摘要
伪狂犬病毒引起的伪狂犬病是一种常见的动物传染病。伪狂犬病毒可诱导感染的宿主产生细胞、体液和黏膜免疫应答,可通过分子生物学技术改造为理想的疫苗载体,从而表达寄生虫、细菌和病毒的多种蛋白。这些病原体包括刚地弓形虫、日本血吸虫、马尔他布鲁菌、猪园环病毒Ⅱ型、猪细小病毒、日本脑炎病毒、猪瘟病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、口蹄疫病毒、猪流感病毒、狂犬病毒和犬瘟热病毒等,本文拟就这方面的研制现状进行综述。
Pseudorabies caused by Pseudorabies virus is one type of infectious diseases in animals. This virus may induces cellular, humoral and mucosal immune responses in host, it may become ideal vaccine vector by means of molecular modification so as to express many proteins of parasites, bacteria or viruses. These pathogen agents include Toxoplasma gondii, Schistosoma japonicum, Brucella melitensis, Porcine circovirus type 2, Porcine parvovirus, Japanese encephalitis virus, Classical swine fever virus, Porcbw reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, Foot and mouth disease virus, Swine influcnza virus, Rabies virus, Canine distemper virus and so on. The review out- lined the status in the research of recombinant Pseudorabies virus vaccine.
