基于除盐水预热调试探索多变量系统控制方法

摘要 除盐水预热系统混合水温调节,是典型的双执行器多变量系统,两个执行器在实际调节过程中,同时参与控制,相互之间不断干扰,发生震荡和超调。通过组态逻辑优化、PI参数整定等方式,降低或消除过程控制的震荡和超调,提高该类系统自动调节的可靠性,最终实现该工艺过程的完全自动控制,降低运行岗位人员的人力成本。 The mixed water temperature adjustment of desalinated water preheating sys- tem is a typical double-actuator muhivariable system, with two actuators involving in control, continuously interfering each other and shock and overshoot occurring during actual adjust- ment process. Through configuration logic optimization and PI parameter setting, the shock and overshoot in process control were reduced or eliminated, the reliability of automatic ad- justment of such system was improved, fully automatic control of the proves was finally achieved and human cost of the operating posts was reduced.
