摘要
目的:了解苏州市医疗废物管理及处置现状,为政府决策提供支持。方法:采用问卷调查方式,回顾性调查苏州市各区县各级各类医疗机构2016年医疗废物产生量、处置费用及医疗废物管理情况。结果:共224所医疗机构提交了有效问卷。结果显示,苏州市多数医疗机构医疗废物主管部门主要是总务、后勤部门,管理制度比较完善。苏州市2016年共处置医疗废物8 254. 47吨,处置费用2 560. 94万元。结论:苏州市医疗机构医疗废物管理制度完善,培训覆盖面广,医疗废物处置量较大,费用较高,医疗机构负担较重。化学性废物无专门机构处置,大多囤积,有安全隐患和环境污染风险,建议环保部门引入相关企业妥善处理化学性废物。环保、卫监等监管部门与医疗机构需加强沟通协调。
Objective ： To understand the status of medical waste management and disposal in Suzhou and to provide support for government decision-making. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to retrospectively survey medical waste production, disposal costs and medical waste management of various medical institutions in all districts and counties in Suzhou in 2016. Results：A total of 224 medical institutions submitted an effective questionnaire. The results showed that in majority of medical institutions in Suzhou, the main medical waste management department was the logistics departments, management system was relatively complete. In 2016, Suzhou handled a total of 8 254.47 tons of medical waste with a disposal cost of 25. 6094 million yuan. Conclusion：The medical waste management system of medical institutions in Suzhou is perfected, the coverage of training is wide, the disposal amount of medical waste is large, the cost is high, and the financial burden of medical institutions is heavy. There is no specialized agency to handle the chemical waste, most of the chemical waste is hoarded, there are security risks and pollution risks. It is recommended that the environmental protection departments to introduce enterprises to properly handle the chemical waste. Environmental protection department, health supervision department, the other regulatory authorities and medical institutions need to strengthen communication and coordination.
