摘要
减压连通法的施工技术原理是在地下室验收或后期使用过程中,采用水溶性聚氨酯化学浆液,用注浆法在渗漏处进行注浆,在高压作用下浆液沿着渗水路径流动。本施工技术容易找出渗漏路径,以及最终的渗漏点;最后在墙面的粉刷层内或地面的找平层(找坡层)内,埋入防渗引水的小直径水管作为导水管,形成网络将发现的各个渗漏处进行连通,达到止水与排水的双重修复效果,具有较好的工程应用价值。
