摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对改善慢性心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化的效果。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者72例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各36例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗。结果:试验组患者PIIINP、LVEF、LVMI、LVEDVI、LVESVI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗可有效改善其心肌纤维化和左心室心肌重塑,且用药安全性较高。
Objective：To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on improving myocardial fibrosis in patients with chronic heart
failure.Methods：72 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 36 cases in each group,the control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group was additionally treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.Results：The PIIINP,LVEF,LVMI,LVEDVI and LVESVI of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Atorvastatin can improve myocardial
fibrosis and left ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure effectively,and the drug safety is high.
