薄带连铸三电控制系统设计

摘要 薄带连铸是新兴的短流程带钢连铸技术,具有节能和工艺流程短等优点。2013年宝钢在宁波钢铁建设了一条薄带连铸连轧示范线。由于参与方较多,又是新工艺流程,造成系统复杂,维护不易。针对薄带连铸工艺的特点,介绍了薄带连铸三电控制系统的设计原则以及涉及到的关键技术。从薄带连铸工业化产线三电系统设计的角度出发,提出了L0/L1/L2的三层级系统配置方案,优化了系统配置。 Twin-roll Strip Continuous Casting( TRC) is a new technique that features short process flow and less energy consumption. Ning Bo Steel Strip Casting demo plant has been built by Baosteel in 2013. Because of many participants and the new process,its EIC system is complicated and hard to maintenance. According to the characteristics of TRC process,the design principles of the control system and the key technologies are introduced. Due to TRC's industry production line characteristic process,a design scheme for the EIC system is put forward,and the configuration of the system is optimized.
