摘要
社会动员一直是公安机关的一项重要工作。从改革开放到党的十八大期间,我国社会动员不断发展完善。新时代背景下,国内外形势发生一系列变化,这些新的变化都要求我国公安社会动员体制要做出调整。我国社会主要矛盾已经转化,反腐斗争出现新形势,分裂主义呈现新态势。因此,在我国社会动员的转型中,应该健全公安机关社会动员的基本原则,创新公安机关社会动员的方法,构建社会动员新形态。
Social mobilization has always been an important work of public security organs. From reform and opening up to the eighteen largest period, China＇s social mobilization has been continuously developed and perfected. Under the background of the new era, a series of changes have taken place at home and abroad. These new changes require that our public security social mobilization system should be adjusted. China＇s social contradictions have been transformed, and the struggle against corruption has taken on a new trend. Separatism is showing a new trend. Therefole, in the transformation of social mobilization in China, we should improve the basic principles of public security organs＇s social mobilization, innovate the methods of public security organs＇s social mobilization, and build a new normal social mobilization.
