摘要
为了比较不同厚度聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)彩涂钢板的环境适应性以及性能差异,采用盐雾试验、紫外加速老化试验以及室外大气暴晒试验等方法,分别对涂层总厚度为25~60μm四种不同结构的PVDF彩涂钢板进行了研究。结果表明,随着PVDF彩涂钢板膜厚的增加,耐蚀性和耐候性都有明显的提升;与仅增加底漆厚度相比,双层PVDF面漆结构对彩涂钢板耐久性的增强作用更为明显,这与其拥有的双层互穿聚合物网络结构有关。
In order to compare the different thickness of polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF)prepainted steel environmental compatibility and performance,the coating thickness of 25-60 μm different structures of PVDF prepainted steel plate were studied respectively by salt spray test,UV accelerated test and atmospheric exposure test. The results showed that,with the PVDF coating film thickness increasing,corrosion resistance and weather resistance were significantly improved;Compared with the only increase primer thickness,enhancement of double-layer PVDF structure topcoat on durability of prepainted steel was more obvious because it had the double interpenetrating polymer network structure.
