摘要
收入问题是性别研究长期关注的议题,经济领域的性别平等对女性经济独立至关重要,对政治、教育、婚姻等领域的两性平等也有重要影响。从总体研究状况、理论解释、研究方法、研究内容与结论四方面对国内社会学和政治学领域184篇性别收入差距经验研究文献进行梳理,可以对国内性别收入差距经验研究进行系统回顾与总结,并大体分析相关研究的不足和未来可进一步探讨的内容。
Income issue is the long-term concerns in gender study. Gender equality in the economic field is not only essential for women＇s economic independence, but also has important implications for gender equality in politics, education and marriage. Based on the 184 empirical papers on gender pay gap in the field of sociology and economics in China, this paper systematically studies the gender pay gap from four aspects： overall research status, theoretical interpretation, research methods, research content and conclusions. The shortcomings of relevant research and what can be further explored in the future are analyzed at the end of this paper.
