摘要
针对顶板高位定向钻孔钻进速度慢、钻孔直径小、扩孔效率低、钻具损坏严重等问题,提出了采用泥浆脉冲随钻测量定向钻进技术施工顶板高位定向钻孔的技术方案,开发了泥浆脉冲无线传输技术、复合定向钻进技术、孔口动力二次回转扩孔技术等关键钻进技术,研制选配了定向钻机、矿用泥浆脉冲随钻测量系统、泥浆泵、四级螺杆马达、高强度高韧性钻杆、定向钻头等关键钻进装备,形成了成套技术与装备,在晋城寺河煤矿5304工作面进行了现场试验,完成顶板高位定向钻孔12个,最大孔深480 m,总进尺4 929 m,成孔率达到91.7%,机械钻速提高30%以上,显著提高顶板高位定向钻孔施工效果。
According to the slow drilling speed, small diameter, low reaming efficiency, easy damage of drilling equipment and other disadvantages of the high level directional borehole in roof, directional drilling with mud pulse measurement with drilling technology for constructing high-level directional drilling of roof was proposed. We developed key drilling technologies, such as mud pulse wireless transmission technology, compound directional drilling technology, dynamic secondary rotary reaming technology of orifice, developed and equipped key drilling equipment such as directional drilling rig, mine-used mud pulse measurement system, mud pump, four-stage screw motor, high-strength high toughness drill rod and directional drill bit to form a complete set of technology and equipment. The field test was carried out in Sihe Mine 5304 working face, the results show that 12 high location directional borehole of roof were successfully completed with the maximum hole depth of 480 m, total length of 4 929 m, hole forming rate of 91.7%, and the mechanical drilling speed is increased by more than 30%, and the construction effect of high directional drilling in roof is greatly improved.
