摘要
工程实践中,一些工业厂区常因生产用水泄漏或排水系统失效,导致建筑地基受水浸泡,地基强度大幅降低并发生不均匀沉降,从而造成建筑物开裂变形严重,危及厂房建筑及人员安全。本文以陕西某化工厂水厂房地基加固为例,采用双液压密灌浆法加固既有建筑地基,就双液压密灌浆法的加固机理、施工工艺、施工注意事项及加固效果检验进行了论述。结果表明:应用取得了良好的加固效果,希望能对类似的软弱地基加固工程提供参考。
In engineering practice, the building foundation is often soaked by water due to its leakage or the failure of drainage system in some industrial plants. As a result, the strength of the foundation is greatly reduced and uneven settlement occurs, which causes serious cracking and deformation of the buildings, and thus endangers the safety of the workers and the buildings. In this paper, the foundation reinforcement of a chemical plant in Shanxi is taken as an example, the double hydraulic and compacting grouting method is adopted to reinforce the existing building foundation, and the strengthening mechanism, construction technology, construction precautions and reinforcement effect inspection of the double hydraulic compacting grouting method are discussed. The results show that, the application has achieved good reinforcement effect, and it is hoped to provide reference for the similar soft foundation reinforcement engineering.
