摘要
以磁窑沟煤矿11煤层11101工作面为工程背景,从开采深度、煤厚和强度、煤层夹矸、顶板岩性、煤体裂隙发育程度等进行分析,对磁窑沟煤矿极近距离合层综放开采条件进行研究;采用破坏系数分类法预测顶煤冒放性,并对顶煤冒放性分类;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究层间岩层对顶煤冒放性影响规律。研究结果表明:极近距离11煤层顶煤冒放性属于IV类,且冒放性随层间岩层间距增加而降低;层间岩层厚度小于2.4 m时,综放开采具有可行性。
Taking 11101 work surface of 11 coal seam in Ciyaogou coal mine as the engineering background,analyzes the feasibility of fully mechanized caving mining in coal merged seams in extremely close distance from perspectives of the depth of mining,thickness and strength of coal,coal seam lining,roof lithology and the development degree of coal cracks;predicts top coal emission rules by using the method of breakdown coefficient classification and the classification the top coal emission;studies the influence law of interlayer rock formation on the top coal caving by adopting the FLAC^3D numerical simulation software.The results of the study show that the top coal 11 coal seam emission which in the very close distance belongs to category IV,and the release ability decreases with the distances between two coal seams.It has been found that if the interlayer rock thickness is less than 2.4 m,the fully mechanized caving mining is feasible.
