铜纳米粉末的制备及其在矿用合成酯中的性能研究

摘要 研究了以硫酸铜为原料,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,辅以分散剂和pH值调节剂,在液相中进行还原反应来制备铜纳米粉末的方法。讨论了反应物的加入方式、配比及浓度、pH值、陈化时间等工艺条件对产物的的影响。为了将铜纳米粉末应用于合成酯基础油中,采用修饰剂对铜纳米颗粒进行了表面修饰,使其获得了疏水、分散的效果,有效地保护了铜纳米颗粒并使其具有均匀分散的特性,产物稳定性高、可分散于合成酯中长期稳定,具有优良的抗磨、极压作用。 The preparation of nanocrystalline copper powders through copper sulfate reducing by potassium borohydride in aqueous solution was investigated.The work was focused on the effect of the ratio and amount of reactants,pH value,the time of chemical aging on the products.Took up the study of synthesis and lubricating properties of the surface modified copper particles,which aimed at the application as lubricant additives.The results show that they all have unique properties such as antiwear and extreme pressure capacity in synthetic ester.
