摘要
吉安市是典型的南方山地丘陵城市,三面环山,地面起伏较大、地形复杂,河网、湖泊密布,闸门和电排站较多,内涝风险较大。为此,借助InfoWorks ICM软件构建吉安市排水系统水力模型,辅助制定吉安市的最优内涝治理方案。重点介绍了模型构建时对水系和地形的数据处理方法。同时,以后河流域为例,采用模型进行现状排水能力和内涝风险评估,并在结合地形特点及不改造电排站的基础上,充分利用洼地构建调蓄水面,根据各个内涝点的具体成因分析,分别提出单因素或多因素组合的内涝治理规划方案,采用模型对规划方案进行反复优化与评估,直至方案达到最优。
Ji' an City is a typical mountainous and hilly region in south China which is surrounded by mountains on three sides. Its surface is undulating and the terrain is complex. Ji' an City is densely covered by the river network and lakes. Moreover, there are substantial amounts of sluice gates and electrical drainage station. All the above factors contribute to a great risk of waterlogging. Therefore, with the help of InfoWorks ICM software, a hydraulic model of the drainage system in Ji' an was built which assis- ted to establish the optimal scheme for the control of urban waterlogging. The data processing methods for water system and terrain were highlighted. Meanwhile, taking the Houhe River basin as an example, the risk of current drainage capacity and waterlogging was evaluated by the model, and the forming reasons of waterlogging points were analyzed. On the basis of the features of the terrain and no reconstruction of the electric discharge station, swales were fully utilized to increase the storage capacity. According to specific causes of each waterlogging point, the waterlogging management plans with single factor or combination of multiple factors were proposed respectively. The plans were repeatedly optimized and evaluated by the model until optimum results were obtained.
